This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review all data for precision, identifying and escalating discrepancies to ensure customer accounts remain accurate and compliant.
• Ensure timely processing of contributions consistently, meeting deadlines and applying customers’ contributions correctly without any delays.
• Actively identify discrepancies and rectify errors, maintaining high-quality and consistent data for reporting and operational needs.
• Facilitate effective communication between teams to swiftly resolve customer inquiries and contribute suggestions for streamlining workflows, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's operational processes, becoming a reliable point of contact for daily support and providing insights for process improvement.
• Contribute to the successful completion of key projects by timely task execution, supporting project leads, and maintaining high-quality standards in project deliverables.

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
