This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the authorized contract lead for TM3, overseeing daily performance and operational execution.
• Direct and manage assigned personnel to guarantee the efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of necessary services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for everyday operational issues with Government stakeholders, including contracting and technical representatives.
• Prepare for and engage in post-award meetings and regular performance/progress discussions.
• Oversee routine performance reporting, ensuring that reports are precise, timely, and in accordance with contract stipulations.
• Design, implement, and sustain a Quality Control strategy that encompasses internal inspections, staffing coverage plans, and established procedures.
• Lead the operational response during emergencies and disruptions by swiftly establishing communication and confirming contact points.
• Manage staffing execution, readiness, and coverage to fulfill mission requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Over 8 years of experience in Federal/DoD contract execution, operations leadership, or IT services management.
• Proven ability to lead teams delivering IT/network support services in a structured, compliance-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of Contract operations and service delivery management.
• Experience with performance reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Knowledge of quality control and internal inspection practices.
• Experience with personnel onboarding and access coordination in secure settings.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities; capable of briefing senior stakeholders and creating professional reports.
• Preferred: Project/program management certification (e.g., PMP).
• Familiarity with IT service management (e.g., ITIL).
• Experience in supporting healthcare IT environments or enterprise network operations.
• Security & Remote Work Requirements: Ensure staff adhere to secure telework/remote-work protocols when authorized, which includes safeguarding sensitive information, appropriate use of VPN and CAC, and utilization of approved collaboration tools.
• Reinforce operational security and information protection expectations throughout the team.
