This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with clients and vendors, including non-disclosure agreements, contract amendments and renewals, Statements of Work, data processing agreements, SaaS agreements, and other contracts for international stakeholders.
• Oversee the Contracts Queue and manage all facets of contract administration.
• Act as the main point of contact between the legal department and both internal and external stakeholders who require contract reviews, modifications, copies, inquiries, and updates on status.
• Review, address, and manage inquiries related to contracts received in the Contracts inbox.
• Maintain the Contract Template library along with other knowledge management roles.
• Ensure adherence to contract approval policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams regarding contracts as necessary.
• Undertake special projects as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in contract work.
• Experience in contract management, ideally in-house.
• Proficient in reviewing, editing, interpreting, and negotiating legal agreements.
• Background in reviewing and negotiating corporate master services agreements.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; capable of prioritizing, managing multiple tasks and projects, and tracking and following up on assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to collaborate with internal and external contacts at all levels across various locations.
• Ability to comprehend intricate compliance practices and ensure that contract drafting and review align with them.
• Capacity to work independently while seeking assistance or support when necessary.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities, take initiative, meet deadlines, and provide prompt responses.
• Strong client service orientation and adaptability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
• Law Degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience with Apttus/Conga (Salesforce) contracts management system is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with GDPR and other data protection legislation, along with experience in negotiating data processing agreements.
• Awareness of legal advancements in AI and the ability to integrate them into contracts.
