This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage all contracts within the Power Lifeline Sector.
• Direct and oversee the workflow throughout all stages of contracts.
• Review, modify, draft, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts.
• Offer strategic, business-focused contract guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain the contracts database.
• Act as the main business contact for contract negotiations.
• Conduct necessary legal and operational research.
• Work collaboratively across departments including Legal, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Project Management, and Technical teams.
• Establish and enforce contract standards for the Power Lifeline Sector.
• Track and evaluate contract performance and compliance.
• Suggest and implement enhancements to processes.
• Ensure accurate reporting and data management.
• Collaborate with internal and/or external legal counsel to address disputes.
• Develop and facilitate training programs.
• Minimum of 8 years in contract negotiation, drafting, and governance.
• In-depth understanding of the Power industry, especially in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts.
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Preferred: JD or MBA.
• NCMA certification is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be diligent, proactive, and focused on solutions.
