This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage all contractual activities from the handover of sales to the closure of projects.
• Oversee contract analysis, negotiations, claims management, variation/change orders, customer financing prerequisites, and strategies for avoiding or resolving disputes on high-risk or escalated projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks and opportunities.
• Provide guidance to project teams regarding contractual and regulatory/tax obligations.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure a comprehensive understanding of contract stipulations.
• Work in conjunction with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Program Management, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in sourcing activities by preparing flow-down packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Aid in managing claims from both customers and suppliers.
• Support project insurance administration, which includes the submission, tracking, and resolution of insurance claims.
• Foster a cooperative working environment.
• Build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives or workstreams aimed at enhancing contract processes.
• A Master’s degree in Contract Management, Legal, Commercial, or a discipline related to EPC/Infrastructure; or a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated history of collaboration across various functions and influencing stakeholders at diverse levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of contract formation, governance, claims, change management, and commercial risk management.
• Familiarity with the renewable industry and project financing processes.
• Capability to foresee, identify, and independently resolve complex contractual challenges.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and engagement with senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to function autonomously while adhering to DOA and Legal guidelines.
