Contracts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and finalize non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, prime contract assessments, subcontract agreements, agency offer letters, joint venture questionnaires, MPA and MP application submissions, along with joint venture packages.

• Ensure compliance with both prime contracts and subcontracts.

• Verify adherence to FAR, SBA, and pertinent agency reporting requirements.

• Ensure compliance with HUBZone regulations.

• Prepare Limitations on Subcontracting Reports as stipulated by SBA regulations.

• Create and develop Service Contract Reports.

• Oversee FFATA monitoring and reporting obligations.

• Establish and maintain a subcontracting database for current and potential subcontractors.

• Engage in the vetting and approval process for subcontractors.

• Assist in contract lifecycle activities, including agreements, modifications, reporting deadlines, and compliance documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 20 years of experience in the field.

• Results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

• Proficient in contract review, preparation, monitoring, and oversight.

• Well-versed in contractual, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.

• Knowledgeable about FAR and SBA standards.

• Familiar with HUBZone requirements.

• Experience in preparing Limitations on Subcontracting Reports.

• Skilled in creating and developing Service Contract Reports.

• Experienced in overseeing FFATA monitoring and reporting requirements.

• Proficient in developing and managing subcontractor databases.

• Experienced in vetting and approving subcontractors for eligibility, compliance, and capability.

• Capable of supporting contract lifecycle management, including agreements, modifications, reporting deadlines, and compliance documentation.
