This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• To ensure comprehensive protection of the Group's risk profile by implementing effective and efficient contracting practices throughout the organization, which includes providing complete contract management support and training on the Group's standard contracting protocols.
• Reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with customers, automotive manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party industry partners, which encompasses license agreements, framework agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agency contracts.
• Offering guidance on various contracting and approval processes, the use of appropriate templates, and other relevant contractual policies, including the Risk Tolerance Document.
• When necessary, securing approvals from key decision-makers regarding revised contract terms, ensuring that adequate information is provided to enable informed decision-making.
• Drafting modifications to standard templates for both customers and suppliers, as well as reviewing and revising third-party documentation to ensure alignment with the Group's contracting strategy.
• Collaborating with the Contract Manager (Team Lead) to assess and implement various projects aimed at streamlining the Group's processes and enhancing the Group's risk profile.
• Providing ad-hoc assistance and support to various stakeholders within the organization and other Contract Managers concerning the Group's contracting practices and risk tolerances.
• A minimum of two years' experience in reviewing contracts, preferably gained in-house.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, document preparation, and version management.
• Capability to effectively prioritize a diverse workload, along with business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Proficient computer skills and fluency in English.
• Fluency in a European language relevant to the countries where the group operates.
• Experience in negotiating contracts and providing training.
• Project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
