This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee contractual activities from the point of sales handover to project closeout, making sure that contractual obligations are comprehended, managed, and resolved promptly.
• Direct contract analysis, negotiation, claims management, variation/change orders, customer financing requirements, and dispute avoidance/resolution for high-risk or escalated projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and communicate contractual, regulatory, and commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring that critical issues are escalated in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance to project teams on contractual and regulatory/tax requirements, including notices, correspondence, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to ensure a clear understanding of contract terms to facilitate successful execution.
• Work in partnership with Legal, Finance, Sourcing, Program Management, and other stakeholders to align commercial positions and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in sourcing activities by preparing subcontractor and supplier flow-down packages and reviewing associated contractual obligations.
• Aid in managing customer and supplier claims, closely collaborating with Legal and business teams on disputes and litigation when necessary.
• Support project insurance administration, including the submission, monitoring, and settlement of insurance claims.
• Foster a collaborative work environment that enhances functional engagement and supports the achievement of project and service metrics.
• Build consensus among internal and external stakeholders on complex or sensitive contractual issues.
• Lead initiatives or workstreams focused on improving contract processes and resolving issues.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of contract management processes, tools, and standards within the organization.
• Master’s degree in Contract Management, Legal, Commercial, or a discipline related to EPC/Infrastructure; or a Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success in collaborating across multiple functions and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
