This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Contracts Manager plays a vital role in enhancing Fusable’s commercial success by overseeing and negotiating agreements with customers, partners, and vendors in a dynamic data analytics SaaS setting.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Counsel, this position collaborates closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Security, and Product teams, to facilitate swift and thoughtful deal closures—balancing efficiency, prudent risk management, and scalable contract provisions.
• As a member of the Legal team, the Contracts Manager (who reports to the Director of Commercial Counsel) assists in executing and refining contracting procedures as the organization expands.
• The Contracts Manager handles daily contracting activities, identifies risks early in the deal lifecycle, and escalates complex or non-standard issues as necessary.
• The Legal team functions as a genuine business partner, emphasizing practical advice, clear decision-making, and responsive support—enabling the company to operate swiftly, safeguard essential interests, and grow responsibly while adhering to strong legal and ethical standards.
• The Contracts Manager works alongside the Commercial Counsel on intricate, high-risk, or novel matters. Success in this position relies on sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to recognize when to escalate issues.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in contracts management, contracts administration, or commercial legal support.
• Proven experience in negotiating customer and vendor agreements.
• Background in supporting commercial contracts within SaaS, technology, or other intricate B2B settings.
• Understanding of data protection, privacy, and information security principles.
• Proficiency with technology and systems, including SaaS platforms and collaboration tools.
• Strong grasp of contract law, commercial terms, and regulatory obligations.
• Effective and persuasive in negotiations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CLM systems and general business software.
• Ethical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Process-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in law, business administration, finance, or accounting; paralegal certification; contract management certification; or equivalent practical experience and education.
