Contracts Management Specialist – IT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Allocate time effectively between daily operational tasks and designated strategic projects, ensuring that on-site/hybrid requirements are fulfilled in Vinhedo.

• Develop and implement high-impact global IT sourcing strategies, which include market analysis, RFx vendor assessments, cost projections, and negotiation tactics.

• Negotiate agreements, draft commercial terms, facilitate necessary approvals, and oversee post-execution contract management and renewals.

• Assist in establishing uniform vendor management procedures, conducting annual executive reviews, and tracking vendor performance.

• Collaborate across functions and regions with global stakeholders, IT Sourcing Managers, and finance teams to pinpoint optimization opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, and drafting/negotiating IT contracts is preferred.

• A bachelor’s degree in business or technology.

• Proficient project and process management abilities, capable of managing multiple vendors and independent assignments.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to advise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships effectively.

• A comprehensive understanding of enterprise IT operations along with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
