Contracts Counsel – Hospitals/Healthcare Providers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the negotiation and implementation of contracts with external clients.

• Offer strategic compliance guidance to commercial operations.

• Review, draft, and provide consultation on various agreements.

• Serve as a legal advisor for marketing, regulatory, and medical teams.

• Leverage expertise in managed care to impact supply chain management.

• Exhibit proficiency in navigating payer contracting or provider-side environments.

• Collaborate effectively to negotiate agreements with wholesalers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in healthcare contracting and vendor management.

• Established background in managed care.

• Strong understanding of privacy regulations, including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR.

• Licensed to practice law within the appropriate jurisdiction.

• A minimum of 5 to 8 years of legal practice experience.
