This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee the preparation, review, and processing of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
β’ Organize procurement activities, including requests, Purchase Orders, and Credit Card Orders.
β’ Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and guidelines set by funding agencies.
β’ Maintain documentation for contracts and procurement, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
β’ Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and renewal/expiration dates.
β’ Keep track of authorized funds in relation to payments.
β’ Act as a liaison for vendors and internal departments regarding inquiries related to procurement and contracts.
β’ Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors in collaboration with senior leadership.
β’ Help define processes that enhance efficiency and support internal departments in contracting and procurement operations.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
β’ 2β5+ years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related area.
β’ Proficient understanding of procurement processes, contract management principles, and compliance obligations.
β’ Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
