• Oversee the preparation, review, and processing of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements.
• Organize procurement activities, including requests, Purchase Orders, and Credit Card Orders.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory standards, and guidelines set by funding agencies.
• Maintain documentation for contracts and procurement, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor contract deliverables, deadlines, and renewal/expiration dates.
• Keep track of authorized funds in relation to payments.
• Act as a liaison for vendors and internal departments regarding inquiries related to procurement and contracts.
• Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with vendors in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Help define processes that enhance efficiency and support internal departments in contracting and procurement operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5+ years of experience in contracts administration, procurement, or a related area.
• Proficient understanding of procurement processes, contract management principles, and compliance obligations.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
