Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for deliverables in contract management, utilizing skills to ensure both quality and efficiency.

• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertinent to clinical trial activities and vendor partnerships.

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to evaluate contract risks, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address potential issues.

• Maintain precise and current records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables using contract management systems.

• Offer guidance and support to internal teams regarding contract-related issues, including interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or a similar area, ideally within the pharmaceutical or clinical research sector.

• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory standards relevant to clinical trials and vendor agreements.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess intricate contractual issues and suggest effective solutions.

• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, enabling the management of multiple tasks and effective prioritization in a fast-paced setting.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
