Contracts Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate with HealthEdge and HealthProof contracts to extract essential information into various reporting formats.

• Aid in the creation and revision of Statement of Work templates.

• Conduct an inventory of HealthProof’s historical contract library by reviewing previous agreements.

• Assist in the establishment and maintenance of processes and templates for SaaS and BPaaS Deal Reviews.

• Work alongside Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Sales Operations, and other internal stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

• 0-2+ years of experience in the healthcare sales, software, and services industry.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and other tools to create solutions based on a defined set of criteria.

• Capability to work independently and remotely.

• Strong team player, able to collaborate effectively across teams.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Proficient typing skills and experienced in using desktop applications, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams.

• Solid understanding of AI / Claude, database query tools, and other technical office applications (e.g., CSV files).
