This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee the complete management, tracking, and administration of global contracts throughout the organization.
• Guarantee the accuracy, compliance, and accessibility of essential data while establishing scalable processes to facilitate organizational growth.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial intake through execution, renewal, and expiration.
• Create and maintain a centralized contract repository with consistent naming conventions and version control.
• Monitor critical contract milestones, such as renewals, expirations, and notice periods.
• Ensure all contracts are executed correctly, stored securely, and readily accessible.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
• Extract and maintain vital contract information, including contract value, term periods, insurance requirements, and compliance and regulatory needs.
• Analyze data to identify any missing or inconsistent information.
• Develop dashboards, summaries, and reports to provide leadership with visibility into contractual obligations and associated risks.
• Ensure contracts adhere to internal policies as well as external regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement standardized processes, templates, and workflows for effective contract management.
• Serve as a key contact for contract-related inquiries across the organization.
• Contribute to defining roles, responsibilities, and structure for an expanding contracts function, supporting future growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field, or 3-6+ years of experience in contract administration, procurement, legal support, or a similar role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and document management systems.
• High level of precision and accuracy.
• Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data effectively.
• Process-oriented with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Flexibility in adapting to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience in a growing or mid-sized organization scaling operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools is preferred.
• Understanding of legal terminology and contract structures is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) is preferred.
