This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage customer outreach and contract administration.

• Oversee and maintain the company's comprehensive contract audit database.

• Identify current clients with unsigned, expired, or missing agreements.

• Perform daily outreach via phone and email to secure signed contracts.

• Utilize established scripts, templates, and communication workflows.

• Monitor contract completion progress and keep performance scorecards updated.

• Record all customer interactions and contract statuses in Salesforce.

• Handle DocuSign workflows related to transfers of account ownership.

• Confirm that agreements are correctly executed, filed, and documented.

• Upload completed documents to Google Drive and refresh Salesforce records.

• Collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams to ensure contract fulfillment during account setup.

• Act as the primary contact for routine inquiries related to contracts.

• Address questions concerning contract terms, renewals, rates, and standard agreement clauses.

• Adhere to established SOPs and escalation procedures.

• Elevate complex or high-risk issues to leadership as necessary.

• Keep track of contract execution status, renewals, and outstanding signatures.

• Maintain orderly digital records of contracts and account folders.

• Ensure Salesforce data is accurate and current.

• Properly categorize accounts to aid in reporting, audits, and operational planning.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Field Service teams to resolve account challenges.

• Assist leadership with contract reporting and initiatives to ensure data accuracy.

• Aid in integrating contracts and records from acquired companies.

• Engage in outbound collection activities for overdue accounts.

• Log all outreach efforts and results within Salesforce.

• Support the transition of collections responsibilities to the Receivables team as processes evolve.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in contract administration, account management, customer success, or a similar detail-oriented administrative position.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to manage a large volume of documentation with a high level of precision.

• Capacity to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of processes from beginning to end.

• Excellent judgment in deciding when to resolve issues independently and when to seek escalation.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.

• Experience with DocuSign or comparable electronic signature solutions.

• Strong organizational and documentation capabilities.

• Open to coaching, adaptable, and dedicated to ongoing improvement.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across various departments.
