Administrator, Special Loans – Partial Release

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Special Loans Portfolio, which includes SCRA, ARM, Buydowns, Balloons, and Partial Release loans.

• Evaluates and processes applications for initial and ongoing SCRA eligibility.

• Reviews and confirms the accuracy of ARM data on the servicing platform.

• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly ARM indexes.

• Assesses initial requests for partial releases and serves as a liaison between customers and internal legal counsel.

• Conducts loan-level maintenance as required for special loan functions.

• Delivers outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Some college education or an Associate's Degree, or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of relevant experience.

• Preferred experience in mortgage servicing or loan processing/post-closing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
