Contractor Relations Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute daily tasks assigned by management.

• Establish B2B relationships with technicians and trade partners within designated areas.

• Track daily metrics as outlined by the manager (subject to modifications).

• Delegate work orders to technicians and trade partners within the network.

• Conduct follow-ups with clients to guarantee exceptional customer service by providing details of technicians and trade partners.

• Follow up with technicians and trade partners to verify scheduled appointments.

• Engage contractors as necessary, making at least 15 attempts for each claim.

• Accurately label claim dispositions to ensure management reporting accuracy.

• Maintain a robust understanding of CRM systems' operations and functionalities.

• Inform the direct manager of any deteriorating relationships or standards with contractors or trade partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing positions is mandatory.

• Previous experience onboarding, supporting, or working directly with home improvement professionals, tradespeople, or home service providers is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Samples may be required.

• Ability to provide a world-class customer experience while meeting business needs.

• Proficient in data entry using Excel spreadsheets.

• Capable of managing escalated situations effectively.
