Contractor Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with healthcare professionals throughout their assignments.

• Act as the main point of contact for contractors regarding inquiries, concerns, and support requirements.

• Make proactive check-in calls to guarantee a positive experience for contractors.

• Organize onboarding activities and assist in transitioning assignments.

• Present offers and assist contractors through pre-start procedures.

• Work closely with Account Management, Recruiting, Credentialing, Payroll, and other internal teams to swiftly resolve issues.

• Precisely document interactions with contractors and follow-up activities in the ATS/CRM.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance contractor satisfaction and retention.

• Uphold a high degree of professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness in every interaction.

• Achieve set productivity, quality, and customer experience standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in customer service or relationship management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience supporting healthcare professionals, staffing, recruiting, or account management is preferred.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM is preferred.

• Background in a metrics-driven or service-oriented environment is preferred.
