This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of Full-Cycle Recruiting Across Functions: Oversee the complete hiring process throughout India and Southeast Asia for roles that encompass the entire organization — creative, technical, and non-technical at various levels. Conduct precise intakes, align on what constitutes "great" for each position, and create interview processes that quickly reveal valuable insights.
• Innovative, AI-Driven Sourcing: Leverage LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI sourcing platforms (Gem, hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Clay, Apollo) to discover, research, and engage talent across various functions. Expand your search beyond LinkedIn — locate creatives on Behance, Dribbble, Substack, and X; engineers through GitHub, Kaggle, and open source; leaders using alumni networks, executive newsletters, and warm-intro mapping.
• Develop & Automate Your Own Tools: Approach recruiting as a product. Design prompts, connect workflows, and create simple tools that shorten time-to-hire and enhance match quality. Share your innovations with the wider talent organization to help the entire team work more efficiently.
• Effective Outreach that Converts: Create personalized, high-impact outreach using AI-assisted research and drafting — and craft messages that resonate differently for a creative director compared to a Senior Enterprise Sales role. Experiment with new approaches, assess response rates, and refine what works across various roles and markets.
• Enhance Candidate Experience: Be the recruiter that candidates remember positively — be responsive, well-prepared, transparent, and a strong advocate from the initial message through to the offer.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Conduct thorough intakes, ensure accountability throughout interview processes, and keep the hiring loops progressing. Push back as necessary and support discussions with data.
• Manage Data-Driven Pipelines: Monitor funnel health, source effectiveness, time-to-hire, and quality-of-hire across different markets and functions. Provide weekly insights to hiring managers and leadership, using data to adjust focus where it is most needed.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 7 years of recruiting experience in global, hypergrowth startup environments, preferably in SaaS, with a proven track record of achieving hiring objectives across various functions up to senior roles.
• AI-savvy recruiter. You actively employ LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) and AI sourcing tools (e.g., Gem, hireEZ, LinkedIn Recruiter AI, Clay, Apollo) in your daily workflow. You can discuss prompts you’ve crafted, agents you’ve established, or automations you’ve created — and you possess insights on where AI is beneficial and where it may fall short.
• Builder mentality. You streamline your work through automation rather than manual effort. You’ve developed small tools, scripts, Zaps, or workflows to enhance your efficiency. You treat your sourcing process like a product, continuously implementing improvements.
• Unconventional sourcing instincts. You understand that the ideal candidate is often not found on LinkedIn. You’re adept at locating individuals through GitHub, Kaggle, Discord, X, conference presentations, open-source initiatives, newsletters, and other unconventional channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities with high emotional intelligence — engaging effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capability to devise creative, mutually beneficial solutions in ambiguous situations.
• Strong attention to candidate experience and a consultative approach as a trusted advisor to managers, candidates, and employees.
• Proven record of accountability, a robust work ethic, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English; familiar with the talent markets in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
