This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform acquisition planning and conduct market research to identify contracting strategies and potential sources.
• Draft solicitations, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and issue amendments as needed.
• Assist technical evaluation panels and contribute to best-value tradeoff evaluations.
• Execute cost and price analyses, facilitate negotiations, and prepare documentation for award processes.
• Manage contract awards, create award packages, and oversee the maintenance of official electronic contract files.
• Oversee contract administration, resolve payment discrepancies, and prepare modifications for the Contracting Officer's signature.
• Aid in closeout procedures and ensure that all documentation complies with federal and agency standards.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting, including familiarity with construction and A/E contracts.
• Ability to obtain HSPD-12 PIV credentials and successfully pass a federal background check, including residing in the United States for at least the past 3 years.
• Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific supplements.
