Contract Recruiter, GTM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process for open go-to-market positions, including roles from SDR to Sales Manager, as well as revenue operations and partnership roles.

• Create and implement outbound sourcing strategies targeting primarily passive go-to-market talent.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to calibrate roles, taking into account market realities, compensation positioning, and adjustments to requirements.

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date pipeline data is maintained in Lever.

• Offer hiring managers and leadership clear visibility into the recruitment pipeline.

• Provide candidates with a consistent and professional experience through timely communication.

• Join the Global People Team and take responsibility for hiring within Engineering, Product, and Data teams.

• Work alongside engineering leaders to develop talent pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product roles across global teams.

• Engage in deep sourcing, technical screening, market mapping, candidate experience management, and closing processes.

• Report directly to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant go-to-market hiring in sales, SDR, revenue operations, or partnership roles.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Fluent in Portuguese; Spanish language skills are a considerable advantage due to the markets these roles serve.

• Must be based in Brazil.

• Proven sourcing skills using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referral networks, and competitive mapping.

• Previous experience in contract or agency recruitment is preferred, especially with a strong record of quickly joining active searches and delivering results.

• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system; experience with Lever is a plus.

• Practical knowledge of AI tools in a recruiting context.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial briefing and context establishment.
