📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes candidate screening, interview scheduling, and managing offer negotiations.

• Identify and evaluate candidates through resume assessments, phone interviews, and virtual meetings to ensure optimal matches for each position.

• Utilize social media platforms and job boards to enhance brand awareness and engage with qualified applicants.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing.

• Proficiency in English is required.
