Contract Real Estate Listing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure optimal preparation of Entera’s listings for sale.

• Oversee and coordinate third-party service and rehabilitation vendors.

• Confirm asset readiness for sale.

• Assist real estate pricing specialists in establishing asset prices.

• Prepare essential listing documentation.

• Aid in setting up MLS listings and Entera’s disposition management systems.

• Play a vital role in achieving service-level agreements (SLAs) and Entera’s key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Manage over 50 listings each month.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service and integrity.

• Draft, review, and maintain MLS listings and associated documentation.

• Collaborate with partners to create efficient processes and ensure deadlines are adhered to.

• Guarantee accurate and timely transition of information and documents to the agent selling team.

• Order, schedule, coordinate, and finalize third-party service vendor engagements.

• Act as the primary contact for third-party service vendors, field agents, and internal partners.

• Exhibit the ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.

• Work cross-functionally to address issues and keep listings progressing.

• Offer suggestions to enhance operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of practical real estate experience as a Listing Coordinator or a licensed Real Estate Agent.

• Direct experience with MLS operations.

• Highly organized with outstanding time-management abilities.

• Comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Resourceful and self-motivated.

• Patient, calm, and professional in responding to requests.

• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability.

• Tech-savvy and adept at navigating technology-driven systems and workflows.

• Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
