• Assess agreements and pricing strategies for the organization to ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations and identify actions needed to correct contract compliance.
• Update and manage the Model N contract system in response to new or modified contract terms.
• Prepare Letters of Agreements (LOAs) or Letters of Understanding (LOU) between ICU Medical and clients.
• Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the designated analyst’s region.
• Supply data and/or analytics for assigned regions and contracts.
• Maintain regular communication with Field Sales to keep them informed about customer negotiations.
• Track contract expirations in the region and relay this information to Field Sales.
• Address incoming contracting requests or inquiries from Field Sales.
• Offer support for process enhancements, standardization, or strategic initiatives.
• Work together with the accounts receivable department to resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
• Collaborate on relevant project teams and workgroups.
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. An MBA is advantageous.
• 4+ years of experience in Contracting preferred, with a minimum of 2 years in the Medical Industry.
• Prior experience with Model N is preferred.
• This role is primarily sedentary.
• The position is situated in a professional office environment and typically utilizes standard office equipment.
• Generally requires travel of less than 10% of the time.
