This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the lifecycle management of subaward agreements with collaborating healthcare organizations.

• Prepare grant/subaward agreements.

• Oversee the execution of contracts.

• Monitor and authorize deliverables.

• Review and sanction amendments.

• Facilitate contract renewals.

• Track key milestones.

• Address and resolve contractual issues.

• Maintain thorough documentation.

• Ensure adherence to compliance standards.

• Manage the contract closeout process.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management.

• Experience with federal grants is essential.

• Familiarity with procurement regulations.
