This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out.
• Analyze and review contract requirements, special provisions, and the terms and conditions (such as pricing, scope, intellectual property, confidentiality, service level agreements, and limitations of liability).
• Formulate negotiation strategies and lead or assist in negotiations under time-sensitive circumstances.
• Draft, revise, and prepare contract documents for internal review, approval, and signature.
• Manage the contract review process and gather feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Assess and handle requests for contract modifications, including amendments, change orders, and revisions to Statements of Work.
• Administer executed agreements by tracking key obligations, deliverables, milestones, renewals, and notice periods.
• Continuously enhance contract administration policies, systems, procedures, templates, standard clauses, and negotiation playbooks.
• Offer guidance to internal teams regarding contract interpretation and commercial terms.
• Maintain precise contract records and reporting using contract management tools; develop and track metrics and KPIs.
• Assist with commercial contract issues related to licensing agreements, data use arrangements, renewals, and new business opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Preferred experience in handling market research contracts.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and principles relevant to commercial contracts.
• Capability to analyze legal documents for accuracy.
• Experience with contract management software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
