Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively with teams from Business Development, Therapeutic Leaders, Operations, Finance, and Legal to draft and finalize contracts, change orders, and termination documents with sponsors.

• Lead and engage in conference calls to negotiate agreement terms, including study budgets, with sponsors.

• Ensure that the scope of work is accurately defined and represented in the study budget.

• Incorporate any modifications into the primary study contract in a timely and precise manner.

• Update the final proposal budget to align with agreed specifications, which may include minor adjustments to the budget and updates to sponsor bid grids when applicable.

• Create and/or revise the service description text alongside the original proposal text, which together forms the foundation of the contract/exhibit.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Two to three years of relevant experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical data environment.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
