Contract Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in commercial transactions by drafting and negotiating agreements with customers and vendors, as well as supporting deal desk and contract review processes, and structuring deals and contracts.

• Provide risk consultation and review various contractual documents.

• Offer ongoing and post-execution support for risk management and contracting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve internal processes related to the contract lifecycle.

• Deliver day-to-day contract guidance to ensure the company's interests are upheld.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in commercial and transactional roles as a contract manager within an organization.

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.

• Exceptional negotiation skills, particularly in handling complex terms and conditions.

• Superior communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with negotiation counterparts, executive management, and staff regarding intricate legal matters while resolving issues.

• Strong execution skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize essential tasks, make decisive actions, and manage a significant volume of complex responsibilities.

• A high sense of urgency and accountability in a dynamic work environment.

• Eagerness to gain knowledge about the data center industry and its specific legal considerations.
