• The Contract Manager assists the Director of Contract Management and Legal Affairs by overseeing the daily management of contracts throughout the organization.
• This position is accountable for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering agreements to ensure adherence, consistency, and risk reduction.
• The Contract Manager collaborates closely with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams to align contract provisions with organizational objectives and regulatory standards while maintaining efficient contract lifecycle processes.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate various contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, revisions, approvals, execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of contract management processes, tools, and best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; paralegal certification or legal training is preferred (JD not necessary).
• 3–5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of legal concepts pertaining to contracts, compliance, and risk management.
