This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Addresses complex inquiries related to contract obligations and amendments.

• Identifies potential risks and challenges, proposing alternatives that lead to optimal solutions.

• Reviews and oversees the contractual commitments of all parties, providing ongoing assessments to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.

• Prepares and distributes information concerning contract status, compliance, modifications, and more.

• Responsible for consulting and escalating issues related to contracts, business, or CM positioning to a CM and Program Leadership when the project team fails to resolve them promptly.

• Oversees the implementation of CM processes.

• Serves as the primary liaison between the project team and/or business unit and the Legal department, ensuring that all legal and contractual issues are addressed promptly and effectively.

• Acts as the intermediary between Accenture and clients/vendors.

• Informs the project team about contract requirements and monitors adherence to those requirements.

• Develops and incorporates contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes for the engagement.

• Gains a solid understanding of Accenture’s key business areas (System Integration and/or Outsourcing) to effectively communicate with project Senior Executives and offer relevant guidance.

• May provide training to personnel involved in Contract Management or programs.


⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

• 7 years of experience in contract management within a Federal Government contracting environment.

• Strong knowledge of General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contracts, Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), and Multi-Agency Contracts (MAC), with the ability to operate independently with minimal guidance and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in managing reseller agreements, asset management, and software licensing/procurement is preferred.

• Ability to obtain a security clearance is necessary.
