This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• This position is accountable for the precise management and continual upkeep of customer and GPO agreements within commercial systems, guaranteeing pricing accuracy, adherence to contracts, and audit-ready data consistently.

• Serving as a pivotal operational support within Commercial Operations, this role converts contractual agreements into dependable system records, regulated processes, and uniform reporting across Salesforce, Oracle, and associated enterprise platforms.

• Collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT, the position ensures that contract data is accurately established, maintained, and verified, thereby facilitating downstream functions such as billing, reporting, audit preparedness, and compliance oversight.

• A strong emphasis is placed on disciplined system governance, prompt updates to contract and membership data, and the mitigation of data quality issues that could pose commercial or compliance risks.

• Through ongoing monitoring, analysis, and process enhancement, this role fortifies the integrity of customer agreement management, bolsters scalable commercial operations, and ensures precise execution of both standard contract activities and more intricate sales situations, including new product introductions and strategic initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline, or an MBA, or at least 8 years of relevant work experience.

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or another analytical role that involves creating data reports and analytics.

• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of an additional EU language is advantageous.

• A solid background in a multi-disciplinary setting requiring high adaptability.

• Experience in the medical device or life sciences sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with SFDC and/or Oracle platforms.

• Capability to analyze and interpret contracts, communicating findings to others in straightforward terms.

• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to drive objectives.

• Proficiency in managing multiple and changing priorities efficiently and effectively.

• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.

• Highly organized with outstanding time management capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Competence in managing ambiguity.
