This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the Contract Management Department with various administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with the team on activities that enable them to concentrate on loading and validating contracts.
• Retrieve all Government fee schedules and upload them into Pricer.
• Download Medicare Fee Schedules and upload them to Pricer for universal access.
• Download all state Medicaid schedules and upload them to Pricer for global usage.
• Acquire all Government Factors necessary for pricing and submit them to the Development Team.
• Organize and provide factors to the Development team for system integration.
• Pull all state Workers Comp/No Fault Fee Schedules and upload them into Pricer.
• Generate all Contract Management Volume Reports on a Monthly and Quarterly basis.
• Offer Internal and External pricing confirmations and feedback.
• Ensure a 24-hour response time on specific pricing inquiries from both External and Internal customers.
• Provide Clients with Pricing Contract Overviews upon request.
• Attend all team meetings, taking notes and distributing them as necessary.
• Maintain all Workers Comp and No Fault client contracts and fee schedules.
• Produce validation reports as requested by Management.
• Assist in conducting gap analysis for both new and existing clients.
• Perform a semiannual contract inventory for all clients to ensure contracts are up to date.
• Support Department Management with additional tasks or projects as needed.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
• Use, protect, and disclose patients’ protected health information strictly in accordance with HIPAA standards.
• Always understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Limit access to PHI to the minimum necessary to fulfill assigned responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience navigating Medicare, Medicaid & state Workers Comp/No Fault websites to obtain pricing fee schedules and necessary information.
• Highly organized with a talent for managing documents effectively.
• At least 1 year of basic knowledge in the Managed Care industry, billing, and/or healthcare contracting is required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and creative skills, with the capacity to make sound judgments and decisions based on timely and accurate analyses.
• High level of integrity and reliability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A gracious and welcoming demeanor for customer service interactions.
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9PM - 5AM PHT (Night Shift)
• Work Set-Up: Full Time Permanent Remote
• Must own a smart-phone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes.
