Contract Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Ensure the effective execution and oversight of customer contracts

• Work closely with commercial clients and internal teams

• Manage contract registrations while being aware of potential risks

• Uphold a state of audit readiness and compliance

• Assist in contract performance reporting and manage all phases efficiently

• Serve as a process consultant for the Client Partner and Account Team

• Facilitate the implementation of the Program Management System

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Contract Management and Business Controls

• 5 years of client-facing skills and experience

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Experience in billing and invoicing clients using Ariba systems

• Knowledge of procurement processes for both clients and Kyndryl
