Contract Litigation Attorney – LATAM, The Caribbean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on various issues and ongoing class action cases.

• Execute factual research, investigations, and analytical assessments.

• Analyze documents, including extensive and intricate document productions.

• Provide support for mediation and the preparation of settlements.

• Assist attorneys involved in multiple interconnected class action cases.

• Offer attorney-credentialed assistance as needed for court submissions, mediation, settlement, and fee documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A law degree is mandatory.

• Exceptional legal research capabilities are essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation, class actions, or legal practice is required.

• Candidates should be located in Latin America or the Caribbean.

• Strong abilities in factual research and investigation are necessary.

• Experience with document review, particularly in large-scale document productions, is needed.

• Capability to independently manage multiple research and review assignments.

• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English are required.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
