Contract Lifecycle Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute a range of agreement types from the signing phase through to terms, conditions, and pricing uploads within contract management platforms such as Adobe Sign, CLM, Salesforce.com, and SAP.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address discrepancies in contract pricing.

• Manage contract price hikes in line with the terms of agreements.

• Oversee the contract database by performing tasks including, but not limited to, updating contract and instrument statuses, terminating contracts, and drafting administrative and termination notifications for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in contract administration or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of related experience.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong analytical and organizational abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
