Contract IT Instructor – Onsite, Virtual Live Classes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct live instructor-led technical training sessions for enterprise clients, both virtually and onsite.

• Lead hands-on labs, real-world exercises, and interactive discussions that enhance learning outcomes.

• Tailor delivery methods according to the audience's skill levels, client objectives, and advancements in technology.

• Remain up-to-date with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in your field of expertise.

• Represent Pluralsight in a professional manner while fostering an engaging, inclusive, and dynamic learning atmosphere.

• Proactively manage our Instructor Portal to accept or decline class opportunities and ensure timely communication with Pluralsight project managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical software development experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in instruction or training.

• Capability to conduct training sessions virtually and travel onsite when necessary.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Dependable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup for virtual training delivery.

• Legal authorization to operate as an Independent Contractor.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent professional experience).

• Relevant technical certifications (such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Security, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
