Contract Digital Medication Support Network Pharmacist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate cases related to the effectiveness, safety, cost, and treatment alternatives of medications.

• Analyze scientific studies and assign letter grades reflecting medication effectiveness.

• Enhance medication recommendations with cost-related information.

• Assist individuals in identifying the most suitable treatment options for their lifestyles.

• Review available cases on a flexible, self-directed timetable.

• Respond to an Ask a Pharmacist inquiry within 24 hours.

• Communicate via phone with doctors or patients when necessary.

• Complete cases as an independent contractor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in a clinical acute care or hospital environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid pharmacy license.

• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice.

• Current pharmacist license in good standing, with no history of license revocation.

• Must hold a license in Utah.

• Completion of a pharmacy residency or an advanced degree in a health-related field is preferred.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Professional malpractice insurance and proof of coverage.

• Agreement to sign the Pharmacist Independent Contractor Master Agreement (ICMA) and the privacy agreement (Business Associate Agreement).

• Reliable wired internet connection that is neither satellite nor cellular, with a minimum upload speed of 5Mb and a minimum download speed of 10Mb.

• Access to a personal mobile device for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
