Contract Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist the Property Development and Finance teams, along with third-party consultants and construction managers, in setting up construction contracts and tracking project life cycles.

• Deliver extensive support to Project Managers by ensuring prompt achievement of project milestones, addressing follow-up tasks, and driving initiatives to uphold project schedules and scope compliance.

• Provide E-Builder assistance by integrating efforts in project development, aiding in cost and budget monitoring, and maintaining current project files.

• Support Workday by generating construction contracts.

• Oversee and ensure adherence to construction contracts by managing contract setup and confirming that billing requirements are fulfilled.

• Organize and lead kickoff meetings to train and onboard new general contractors on billing processes, pay application standards, and system uploads.

• Act as the primary contact for development construction contracts and monthly payables, which includes submitting breakout payments and verifying contractor documentation.

• Develop and oversee Supplier Contracts and Change Orders for Project Managers across Substation, Datahall, and Shell projects.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Construction Managers, third-party stakeholders, contractors, designers, vendors, and Accounting on billing, change orders, cost inquiries, and reconciliations.

• Manage monthly pay applications, track payments, and ensure timely submission for processing.

• Submit, track, and route change orders/additional services related to projects.

• Organize construction contracts, change order contracts, and substantial completion certificates under legal documents in e-Builder.

• Assist in the closeout of construction contracts, ensuring completion of documentation, processing final payments, and proper archiving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, or accounting; or equivalent professional experience.

• One to three years of relevant experience.

• Familiarity with construction contract documents and change management processes.

• Experience with financial and project management software (e.g., Workday, e-Builder, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud).

• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic and diverse team environment.

• One or more years of experience in a data center environment (preferred).

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.

• Basic understanding and application of accounting principles.

• Experience in contract management.

• Proficiency in project budgeting.
