Contract Business Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide clients in choosing the suitable legal entity.

• Draft and evaluate operating agreements, corporate bylaws, and resolutions.

• Offer legal insights concerning business ownership structures and partner conflicts.

• Facilitate virtual consultations with BFG clients on business formation and corporate restructuring.

• Work in tandem with CPA Advisors and Client Finance Managers to provide synchronized legal and financial advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Active license to practice law in the U.S.

• At least 5 years of experience in business law.

• In-depth understanding of business entity structures.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in remote work.

• Experience with conducting consultations via Zoom.
