Contract & Budget Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets in accordance with the specifications of a study protocol.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.

• Collaborate with your supervisor and various internal and external key stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contracting standards.

• Keep relevant study team members informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Oversee the execution of agreements.

• Assist in maintaining contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in contract management, ideally within a clinical research or related industry setting.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements pertinent to clinical research, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements, along with management, control, and tracking of the contract process.

• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a strong focus on detail.
