Contract & Budget Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Develop and negotiate global study budgets in alignment with the requirements outlined in study protocols.

• Review, draft, and negotiate various agreements, including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements, and amendment agreements.

• Collaborate with supervisors and key internal/external stakeholders to address and escalate contractual issues as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to contracting.

• Keep relevant members of the study team informed about the progress of contract negotiations and execution.

• Oversee the execution of agreements.

• Assist in the management of contract files and databases, including the archiving of contracts.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in contract management, preferably within a clinical research or similar industry environment.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to clinical research, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements, along with management, control, and tracking of the contract process.

• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
