Contract Bench Jeweler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

• Partner with a renowned fine jewelry brand to manage your own operations.

• Ensure the consistent, high-volume, and high-quality production of jewelry items.

• Take care of your own consumables, tools, and workspace while utilizing materials supplied by the company.

• Successfully onboard and fulfill quality and timeliness standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-Year Minimum Experience: Candidates must possess at least five years of uninterrupted professional bench jeweler experience.

• Bench Test Required: A practical bench test is essential as part of the evaluation process to measure technical proficiency and quality benchmarks.

• Essential Studio Equipment: A torch suitable for soldering and welding platinum and gold; a fully equipped, ergonomically designed jeweler's workbench; an effective dust and fume extraction system; a professional-grade jeweler’s setting microscope; a secure area for storing work orders; and access to a UPS or FedEx shipping facility.

• Digital Proficiency: All communication, work order management, and specifications are conducted digitally. Applicants must be adept and comfortable using digital tools for everyday operational activities.
