This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create content for the Advanced Placement Psychology study resources.

• Independently design AP Psychology questions (both MCQ and FRQ) along with supporting explanations that align with the current College Board course framework and examination standards.

• Develop instructional materials including study guides and other resources aimed at students, in accordance with the AP Psychology curriculum.

• Integrate feedback from UWorld's internal content team to enhance and refine deliverables.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in science is mandatory, with a preference for a degree in Psychology.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching AP Psychology at the high school level.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience writing assessment questions (e.g., classroom exams, labs) at the AP Psychology examination level.

• Experience as an AP Reader, AP Table Leader, or AP Consultant in Psychology is highly advantageous.

• Extensive knowledge of the AP Psychology course framework, including familiarity with the current exam format (MCQ, AAQ, and EBQ question types).

• Proven capability to craft high-quality AP Psychology FRQs with precise and detailed scoring rubrics.

• Demonstrated experience in developing instructional materials for students, such as study guides, lecture slides, or webinars.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of transforming conceptual ideas into finished products.

• Capacity to work independently while functioning effectively within a dynamic team environment.

• Quick adaptability and effective collaboration skills.

• Ability to provide, receive, and respond positively to feedback.

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and self-motivation skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and possesses a working knowledge of information technology (IT).
