Contract Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Prepare, validate, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.

• Participate in contract management tasks, taking ownership of your deliverables and collaborating effectively.

• Negotiate directly with assigned sites on all contracting elements related to the site, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.

• Collaborate with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.

• Ensure adherence to standards in SB&C processes across various projects.

• Utilize leading industry tools and data sources to provide feedback on budgets and contracts that align with parameters and fair market value guidelines.

• Quickly identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the relevant team members as necessary.

• Monitor all actions and negotiations to ensure that timelines are met for the assigned studies and sites.

• Assist in resolving escalated issues highlighted by the site activation sub-team in collaboration with the internal Study Startup team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.

• At least 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.

• Capability to articulate data to support decision-making processes that are data-driven.

• Familiarity with clinical study protocols and schedules of assessments.

• Excellent organizational skills, along with strong decision-making, communication, and negotiation abilities.
