This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Prepare, verify, and execute invoicing through electronic processing and reporting activities for a designated portfolio of accounts.
• Participate in contract management activities, taking ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively.
• Maintain and balance client relationships.
• Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
• Stay informed about contract advancements related to invoicing units.
• Collaborate closely with the Revenue team to ensure timely billing and address discrepancies for assigned clients.
• Negotiate directly with assigned sites on all site-related contracting matters, including clinical trial agreements, budgets, payment terms, ancillary agreements, and amendments.
• Work in partnership with the internal Study Startup team, CROs, Clinical Operations teams, and TAU partners to enhance overall SB&C metrics and streamline processes.
• Ensure that standards are consistently applied to the SB&C processes across various projects.
• Utilize leading industry tools and data sources to provide budget and contract insights that align with established parameters and fair market value guidance.
• Quickly identify and address potential delays, escalating issues to the appropriate team members.
• Track all actions and negotiations to ensure that timelines are met for assigned studies and sites.
• Assist in resolving escalated issues identified by the site activation sub-team, collaborating with the internal Study Startup team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research site contracting and budgeting within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or relevant industry vendor.
• Previous experience in contract analysis, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
