This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Oversee and manage relationships with suppliers regarding contract agreements and ensure adherence to procurement standards.
• Administer and uphold contract documentation to guarantee compliance.
• Supervise the accuracy and integrity of the contract database.
• Facilitate communication and coordination during contract negotiations and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor correspondence and authorizations, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
• Proven experience in managing supplier contracts.
• Proficient in Jagger (Bravo), Aravo, Blaze, and Smartsheet platforms.
• Strong skills in data management.
• Familiarity with compliance and sourcing policies.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
