This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Process contracts in accordance with client policies.
• Assist with the preparation of service termination processes through amendments.
• Maintain an internal database containing relevant information, including legal documents.
• Aid in the drafting and revision of contracts related to the purchase and sale of goods and services.
• Manage the acquisition, distribution, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Dispose of unclaimed property.
• Support proposal planning and the administration of contracts.
• Prepare contract briefs and revisions that summarize contractual requirements and budgets.
• Track authorizations and correspondence, ensuring detailed and organized files are maintained.
• Prepare contract change notices and monitor contractor performance, including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
• Maintain an audit file for each contract, which includes the original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
• Conduct closing activities as necessary.
• Monitor payments and deadlines.
• Analyze and mitigate risks.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university, with 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Develop stable working relationships within the organization.
• Adhere to standard practices and procedures when analyzing situations or data.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Possess a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex information.
• Technologically adept with a desire to learn and understand systems and interpret data.
• Experience with data input at a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
• Highly organized with the capability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-focused and aware.
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated.
• Understanding of how databases capture information.
• Ability to work accurately with large data sets.
