This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Observe and evaluate program trends, processes, and technologies to pinpoint opportunities for innovation that enhance the program.
• Conduct ideation sessions through comprehensive reviews of current business processes.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at fostering continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Formulate and execute strategies to refine processes, optimize operations, and boost overall efficiency.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the company.
• Actively explore new ideas, technologies, and best practices to propel innovation and remain ahead of industry trends.
• Plan, implement, and manage business improvement projects from start to finish.
• Create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
• Work closely with key stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Establish strong relationships and effectively communicate project goals, progress, and results.
• Leverage data-driven insights to guide decision-making and enhance business outcomes.
• Oversee the change process related to business improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all business improvement initiatives comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business administration, process engineering, project management).
• Demonstrated experience in business improvement, process optimization, and project management within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data, recognize patterns, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies.
