This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Lead and facilitate various projects aimed at process enhancement, design, and Robotic Process Automation concurrently.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools, such as value stream mapping, 5S, statistical analysis, control charts, poke yoke, visual controls, and DMAIC.
• Act as the Continuous Improvement Business Relationship Manager for designated business areas.
• Partner with senior leadership to prioritize projects in alignment with strategic goals.
• Assess and establish baseline current-state processes to pinpoint and execute optimal solutions.
• Outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with business owners.
• Oversee multiple initiatives while ensuring high-quality results are achieved.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and effectively address challenges.
• Formulate project plans, guide teams through improvement cycles, and confirm that milestones are achieved.
• Foster awareness and encourage the adoption of continuous improvement practices throughout the organization.
• Assist in employee training and coaching initiatives.
• Document and uphold CI guidelines and best practices.
• Engage in, comply with, and support compliance program goals.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Process Improvement or a related field is required.
• Black belt certification in Lean Six Sigma methodology is mandatory.
• Change Management certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, project management, or a related field is essential.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Strong project management skills, including business case development and implementation planning, are required.
• Extensive proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint is necessary.
• Knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
• Understanding of change management philosophies and practices is preferred.
• Engage in, comply with, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.
